Space Reservations and Events

Georgetown offers a number of ways you can create and view events and reserve space for your event.

Eventbrite

Eventbrite is a Web-based event and ticketing system that enables individuals and groups to set up free and ticketed events.

With Eventbrite, you can manage seating, ticket sales, distribution, and other aspects of event management. You can also use Eventbrite to schedule and manage training classes.

Eventbrite is available to all current students, faculty, and staff.

For more information about Eventbrite, contact your Account Manager or visit the Eventbrite Web site.

Eventspace

The Georgetown University Room/Space Request System is a single point of entry for Georgetown students, faculty and staff to use to reserve a university room/space. This includes indoor and outdoor spaces that require reservation. Click here for more information about Eventspace

Localist

The Georgetown University Events calendar, based on the Localist.com platform, is an easy way to create and share university events. An event listing can include basic information such as an event’s title, time, and description as well as a Google Map of the location, a link to Facebook event, and preferred hash tags for Twitter. An event listing can also link to the Eventbrite online ticketing system.
