  • Full-Time Faculty and Staff: Eligible to request a Google Gemini AI Pro license on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Adjunct Faculty and Full-Time Contingent Staff: May request a Google Gemini AI Pro license if there is a business need. UIS will approve requests based on license availability.
  • Students: May opt in to enable Gemini for Education on their GU Google Workspace. Note: This version has lower prompt limits than Gemini AI Pro.
  • Part-Time Staff: Currently ineligible, but access will be reevaluated in the future.

Unlike consumer versions of AI tools, Georgetown’s enterprise instances ensure that user chats and data are not used to train or improve the underlying models.
