Zoom Extension for Browsers
The Zoom Extension for Browsers allows you to schedule Zoom meetings and send invitations directly from your Georgetown Google Calendar. Zoom Extension for Browsers works on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.
WARNING: The Zoom Extension for Browsers, by design, pass the Google Calendar event title to the GU Zoom web portal. This can cause problems when you copy/paste previously scheduled meeting links into Google Calendar. The previously scheduled meeting name/topic will be updated to match the Google Calendar event title. Using this feature, one can inadvertently change the meeting name/topic, and subsequently break any meetings created using the Zoom Conferencing tool in Canvas.
