Zoom Web Interface Updates

Zoom has released an update to the web interface for GU Zoom accounts. All of your information and data is still there, but some items have moved to different places. To access your Zoom account on the web, always use the Sign In link at zoom.georgetown.edu or georgetown.zoom.us.
Some key changes:
- Meetings list: this has moved into the new product launchpad, accessible at the upper right of the page using the “waffle” button. Several other links for opening products have also moved into the launchpad.
- Join and Schedule buttons: these buttons have also moved into the product launchpad.
- Web App: the web app link is gone, but you can launch the new version of the web app by choosing Home in the new product launchpad.
- Zoom Support: the link to the Zoom Support site and knowledgebase of help articles has moved into the Profile menu, accessible at the upper right of the page using the profile picture or initials button. Click on Help in the menu.
Items for settings and content from meetings like reports and recordings remain on the left side of the rebranded My Account page.
Product Launchpad
The list of Meetings and several other items have moved to a new “waffle” launchpad menu for opening different Zoom products. You can drag the items in the top section of the launchpad into any order you prefer.
