Setting Up Your Zoom Phone

When you first access your Zoom Phone account, we recommend you set up or customize the following items. (Note: You can always change these settings again at any time.)

• Create a personal emergency address
• Enable location sharing
• Set up a voicemail greeting
• Integrate your calendar and contacts
• How you want Zoom Phone to handle incoming calls
• Set up a call delegate (if needed—allows you to assign another person to handle incoming [or make outgoing] calls on your behalf)
• Changing business hours that you want to receive Zoom Phone calls
