Setting Up Your Zoom Phone
When you first access your Zoom Phone account, we recommend you set up or customize the following items. (Note: You can always change these settings again at any time.)
- Create a personal emergency address
- Enable location sharing
- Set up a voicemail greeting
- Integrate your calendar and contacts
- How you want Zoom Phone to handle incoming calls
- Set up a call delegate (if needed—allows you to assign another person to handle incoming [or make outgoing] calls on your behalf)
- Changing business hours that you want to receive Zoom Phone calls
