Printing Update

The Papercut outage affecting printers has now been resolved. The issue was caused by a recent change in the PaperCut test environment that unintentionally impacted production systems. UIS identified the issue, reversed the change, and confirmed through campus-wide testing that printing services are fully restored. UIS will continue to monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability.
