Password Management Issue

Our password management system, Avatier, has an outage which is impacting people’s ability to reset/change their password via the self-service portal. At this time our Help Desk Team is also unable to reset/change passwords.

We are working with the vendor to restore service as quickly as possible and any updates will be posted here.
