GOCard System Outage Impacting Access to Workspaces and Residences

There is a partial GOCard system outage impacting access to some workspaces and residence halls, including:
- Georgetown University Medical Center Labs
- 55H Suites and Residences
- Regents Hall Lab Doors
- Multiple IT Closets Across Campuses
This should not impact access to buildings from the outside. We are working with our vendors to resolve the issue, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
If this outage has affected your ability to access your workspace or residence and you need access, please contact:
- Hilltop Campus: Call GUPD at 202-687-4343
- Capitol Campus: Call GUPD at 202-662-9325
- If you are a 55 H Street resident, go to the front desk of the building for support.
If your need is not urgent, we ask that you please wait for the outage to be resolved.
