GOCard Outage

University Information Services is aware of a partial GOCard system outage impacting access to some workspaces, and residences. The team is working with our vendors to resolve the issue, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

If this outage has affected you obtaining access to your workspace or residence and you urgently need access, please:

1. Go to the front desk if you are a 55H resident
2. Call GUPD at 202-687-4343 on Hilltop Campus or 202-662-9325 on Capital Campus.

If your need is not urgent, we ask that you please wait for the outage to be resolved.
