As AVP of ERP Systems for Georgetown University Information Services, Paromita is responsible for leading a dedicated team in the delivery of enterprise systems of Workday (GMS) Finance and HCM and Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS). With a focus on advancing the University’s strategic initiatives, Paromita leverages departmental relationships to architect an integrated set of technology solutions that simplify both user experience and technology footprint, while providing strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

Paromita is a skilled change agent and technology visionary, with a proven record of successfully tackling complex business challenges through innovative and highly reliable solutions that scale technically and operationally. With extensive experience in Banner SIS & HR and Oracle EBS Finance, Paromita has held leadership roles in several organizations, including as Assistant Director of Enterprise Information Systems at The George Washington University, and as an IT Developer in SCT and Tata Consultancy Services.

Paromita holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University in India. With a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of enterprise systems, Paromita is committed to driving Georgetown University’s success by providing cutting-edge technology solutions that streamline processes and optimize operations.
