Connecting to GURegistered

(Note:  Since GURegistered is not a secured network, the data is not encrypted, so a hacker could potentially listen in on a conversation, obtain personal information, or read your email or anything you print.)

GURegistered is currently only available in the student residence halls.

Note:  Before you can connect to the GURegistered wireless network, you’ll first need to register the device you want to connect. 

If your device isn’t listed below, consult your device’s documentation for connection instructions. 

Amazon Echo

Apple TV

2nd or 3rd Generation

  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Select Network. 
  4. Select Wi-Fi.
  5. Select GURegistered from the list of Wi-Fi networks. 
  6. If prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password and then click Submit. 

4th Generation

  1. From the main menu, select Settings. 
  2. Select Network. 
  3. Select Wi-Fi. 
  4. Select GURegistered form the list of Wi-Fi networks. 
  5. If prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password and then click Submit. 

Nintendo 3DS
