What are these “held messages” I keep getting?

Twice a day, you’ll receive an email from mimecast.digest@georgetown.edu informing you of any spam messages that have been held recently. This provides a quick way to review and release those messages without needing to log in to your MySPAMPortal. If you’re on the lookout for an email though, logging in to the MySPAMPortal is the quickest way to release a held message. The emails frequency cannot be modified individually and the twice-a-day frequency ensures that GU users on all global campuses receive the message during the workday.
