Getting an Adobe Acrobat Pro License

Switching from an Existing Adobe License
I have a license paid for by my department. How do I switch to the new Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise (ETLA) license? UIS will migrate your current paid license to the new Adobe enterprise license. However, you will need to transfer any documents you might be storing in Adobe cloud storage from the paid license to the enterprise account.
I/my department currently has a shared Adobe license. How can/do we switch to the new Adobe Enterprise (ETLA) license? Do we need to renew our existing license? Departments with a department-owned GU-funded Adobe account will be migrated to the Adobe enterprise account (UIS will be in touch with those departments). Please note that, before you are switched to the new account, you’ll need to first transfer any documents saved in Adobe cloud storage to storage in the new account. (You can store the documents on a computer instead if you don’t want to upload them to the new Adobe account.)
Using the Adobe Acrobat Pro License
How long does the license last? Do I have to renew the license (e.g., annually)? The enterprise Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise License Term Agreement (ETLA) lasts for 3 years (the current agreement started July 2022). You don’t need to take any action to renew this license agreement.

You can use the Web-based version of Adobe Acrobat Pro without having to install the application on your computer. To use the Web-based version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, just log in to your Adobe account and click Web.
