UIS Support Hours for Spring Break, Good Friday, and Easter Weekend 2021

During spring break, Good Friday, and Easter weekend, the UIS Service Desk and the Georgetown University Service Center will have the following hours:

The Service Desk will be open as follows: (Note: You must schedule an appointment for in-person assistance.)

  • Friday, March 26 – Thursday, April 1:  9am – 4pm
  • Friday, April 2 (Good Friday):  9am – 4pm
  • Saturday, April 3: CLOSED
  • Sunday, April 4: CLOSED

The Georgetown Service Center will be open as follows (with after-hours emergency support):

  • Friday, March 26 – Wednesday, March 31: 7am – 8pm
  • Thursday, April 1:  CLOSED
  • Friday, April 2 (Good Friday):  CLOSED
  • Saturday, April 3: CLOSED
  • Sunday, April 4: CLOSED

Both the UIS Service Desk and Georgetown Service Center will resume normal operating hours on Monday, April 5.
