Nutanix Virtual Lab Outage-February 19, 2021
A number of users have reported today that they are unable to access the Nutanix Frame Virtual Lab applications. After logging in to Nutanix Frame, these users report seeing a “Powering On” message when attempting to launch an application.
Some users have also reported that they receive the message Ctrl-Alt-Del at login.
UIS is currently working with Nutanix to resolve this issue. There is currently no estimated time of resolution, but we will let you know when we have an update. (For users who are seeing the Ctrl-Alt-Del message, perform the workaround steps located in the Troubleshooting section of the knowledge base article Using Nutanix Frame Virtual Lab.)
