• CNDLS Office Hours is currently by appointment. Please “ring the doorbell” by clicking the link and we’ll be alerted to your question. We will respond within the business day.
• CETS is offering a Zoom helpline Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 7:00PM. They can provide individual Zoom support and create a practice lecture session to help acquaint faculty with the platform. More at https://cets.georgetown.edu/.
• McDonough School of Business faculty can request support by calling the MSB Tech Center (202-687-4721) or emailing the MSB Tech Center (msb-help@msb.edu).
• Law Center/Capitol Campus faculty and staff please visit the Instructional Continuity at Georgetown Law Center/Capitol Campus page.
• Medical Center and the School of Medicine faculty and staff can contact TESS for services associated with medical education activities.
• Canvas provides Georgetown faculty, staff and students with 24/7 support.
• Panopto offers live training and support Thursdays 1-2pm ET.
