There are several options for storing and sharing files with colleagues and collaborators.
- Georgetown Box is a file sharing and storage service that enables you to securely store your documents “in the cloud” and to access those documents anywhere you can connect to the Internet. You can also share your documents with any of your classmates or colleagues.
- Google Docs allows users to collaborate in real time on documents online from any Internet-ready location.
- Enterprise File Storage (EFS) Service is a fee-based file sharing service that compliments the Box Web-based file service. EFS can provide network storage space to Georgetown departments who have special needs when managing their data files.
- Printing is available through H.print, Georgetown's print service for students, faculty, and staff. With H.print, you can securely print from your desktop or laptop computer, or from an Apple or Android mobile device. Many of the newly installed Xerox multifunction printers offer black and white or color printing options, as well as email and scan capability.
