Critical Issues with macOS Sequoia Upgrade

Dear Members of the Georgetown Community,

Apple has notified us that the latest macOS Sequoia 15 has known network connectivity issues that will likely impact your ability to use Georgetown’s enterprise systems, such as Zoom, Box, and Google Workspace.

While Apple works to resolve this issue, please do not update your macOS to Sequoia 15. Updates on the resolution of this issue will be posted on the UIS website.

If you recently installed macOS Sequoia 15 on your Apple computer, submit our Mac OS Sequia Upgrade form for assistance.
