Missing One Medical Data?
If your test results and scheduled appointments aren’t showing in the badge system, it’s likely you have not consented to share your One Medical data with Georgetown. Please complete the consent form. It will look like the screenshot below.
There’s a consent toggle in the One Medical app that looks like the screenshot below. That’s not good enough. You have to submit the form. Use 202-687-0100 for the third party telephone number.
If the link takes you to the One Medical home page after logging in, click the link again.
If a lack of consent was the issue, your One Medical data will appear in the badge system a few hours after the form is submitted. Please reach out again if your data fails to appear. If you are certain that you have already completed this form, contact firstname.lastname@example.org so they may verify that your One Medical account is registered under Georgetown University sponsorship.
