Students: Password Reset Required by Oct 10
As part of our effort to maintain a safe and secure computing environment at Georgetown, all Main Campus and Medical Center students will be required to reset their passwords starting Tuesday, October 1. Based on the date of the notification students received, passwords will begin expiring the first week of October through October 10.
To reset your password, log in to Georgetown’s online password management system. This process takes only a few minutes.
Please note that if you don’t reset your password by your required date, you will be locked out of your GU email, calendar, courses that use Canvas or Blackboard, and other GU online services.
If you’re enrolled in Duo, Georgetown’s two-factor authentication service, you are not required to reset your password.
Please contact the Service Center with any questions by email, phone, or chat by going to help.georgetown.edu (new window).
