Freshservice Outage-January 10, 2023 (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Users should now be able to log in to Freshservice. If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing Freshservice, please contact the Georgetown Service Center at help@georgetown.edu.
As of this morning, users have been unable to log in to Freshservice, the Georgetown online help portal. Anyone already logged in should continue to have access to Freshservice.
UIS is working with the vendor to resolve the issue. There is currently no estimated time of resolution.
