Dear Members of the Georgetown University community,
This Earth Week, we invite you to do some “spring cleaning” by dropping off electronics and donating clothing and household goods.
Friday, April 21
Accepting: Laptops/desktops, cell phones, tablets, monitors, keyboards, chargers, adapters, cables, printers and toner cartridges.
Note: Please erase any computer data prior to drop off, and turn in university-issued equipment separately when dropping items off.
Accepting: Gently used clothing (any type, any size), shoes, linens, kitchenware, storage containers and small pieces of furniture (lamps, shelves) will be collected and donated to local non-profit organizations.
Stop by the Breaking Ground Spring Festival on the Regents Hall 4th floor patio while you are on campus Friday! Festival-goers can enjoy live music, free food, and local vendors offering environmentally friendly products. A listing of other Earth Week events is available here.
