Faculty Support

UIS has dedicated staff to focus solely on faculty calls during the business day. UIS faculty support is based out of Reiss Science 334, and is available by phone Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. In the event that a faculty support technician is unable to resolve an issue over the phone, they will coordinate a time with the faculty to schedule an office visit.

The Service Center continues to assist faculty for all matters related to NetID password and Blackboard LMS, as well as the overflow of faculty support calls after hours.
