UIS provides dedicated staff who are available to assist faculty with a variety of computing needs. Faculty support can be used by both Georgetown faculty as well as by anyone who might need to call on behalf of a faculty member.
UIS faculty support is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, in the event that a faculty support technician is unable to resolve an issue over the phone, they will coordinate a time with the faculty member to schedule an office visit.
