Step 1: Complete the access request form and have it signed by the applicable data steward (data stewards are listed in the access request form on the second tab).
Step 2: Create a help desk ticket and attach the completed access request form.
Step 3: The ticket will then be routed to the BI team for provisioning.
Step 4: You will receive an email from the help desk which indicates that the provisioning has been complete. Typical turnaround for a request is 48 hours.
