Performing the COVID-19 Symptom Check-in

The purpose of the COVID-19 symptom check-in is to find out if you exhibit any possible symptoms of the coronavirus, and to determine the state of your health that day and your level of risk of infection.

Be sure to perform this check-in before you come to campus, if you feel that you have Covid-19 symptoms. A member of the Care Navigator team will be in touch to follow up on your symptoms.

  1. Go to website, login.
  2. Click on COVID-19 Symptom Check-in on the app home screen (also accessible through the app menu).
  3. You will be asked a few questions regarding your current health, such as current symptoms, recent travel, and exposure to COVID-19. Answer each question truthfully.
  4. You can review the university’s health information if you’re feeling sick.
