How Can I Set Up Faster Delivery for My Sent Messages?

  1. Perform the steps in How do I send a message to a list?
  2. Send a separate e-mail to to “page” the University Broadcast OnCall. 
    Important:  Only send to this address directlynever send this message as a cc on a broadcast message.
  3. After you’ve sent the message, wait 15 minutes. If your broadcast message still has not gone out, continue to next the step.
  4. Call 202-347-2558 to speak to the University Broadcast OnCall. If no one answers, please leave a message with your phone number and what message you need to go out.
  5. Wait 15 minutes again for the message to go out. If message still has not gone out, continue to the next step.
  6. Call 202-687-3611 (speak to the Operations Center; ask for the University Broadcast OnCall). The Operations Center will implement an additional escalation path to ensure that any/all issues are addressed.
