TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND PEER GROUPS

To make best use of our limited resources for Web development support, please follow these guidelines:

If you are at the Main Campus or Medical Center:

• Contact the appropriate Help Desk
• If you are a faculty member on the main campus, contact the Center for New Designs in Leadership and Scholarship (CNDLS)
• Either of these areas may refer you to the UIS Web Services group.

If you are at the Law Center:

• If your question is about a Web site on a Law Center Web server, contact the Information Systems Technology help desk.
• If your question is about an account on a Main Campus Web server, contact the appropriate Main Campus Help Desk.

Peer support

Advice from fellow Georgetown Web developers is available through the GUide Committee, which coordinates Web development across the University. To find out about GUide meetings and join the GUide mailing list, visit the GUide Web site. Further peer interaction also occurs on the various mailing lists for Web developers.
