How to use Telephones and Voicemail: Call Parking

Call parking allows you to park a call and pick it up at another location. 

To park a call on multi-line sets 

  1. Press the transfer button.
  1. Press the call park button ( or dial the call park code, 150).
  1. Press the transfer button.
To park a call on single-line sets 
  1. Depress the switch hook.
  1. Dial the call park code, 150.
  1. Hang up.

To retrieve a parked call

  1. Lift the handset and listen for a dial tone.
  1. Dial 151 (the call park answer-back code).
  1. Dial the extension number that originally parked the call.
