How to use Telephones and Voicemail: Responding to Audix Messages

After listening to a message, you can respond by calling the person who sent it, or you can record a message and put it in the sender's voice mailbox.

  • To call the person: press 1 then press 0.  
  • To record and send your own message: press 1 then press 1. 

Note: Double-check to be sure that your message is going to the right person. Voice mail responses can be misdirected if the person who called you was at another extension.

If you wish, you can also forward the message to other people.
