- Log in to Audix (if you need help with this, see Logging in to Audix).

| |
- Press 3 ( for personal greetings).
|
| |
- Listen to a summary of active greetings.
|
| |
- Press 1 to create or change a greeting.
|
| |
- Listen to greeting number in use.
|
| |
- Indicate greeting number you wish to record (1-9).
|
| |
- Press 1 to record your greeting.
|
| |
- Speak your greeting.
|
| |
- When you are finished recording, press 1 to edit, or press # to approve.
|
| |
- If you wish to listen to your greeting before approving it, press 2, then press 3.

- Press * D to delete and re-record.
|
| |
- Begin at step 4 above.
|
| |
- When you are finished, press # to approve your greeting.
|
| |
- Press 1 to activate the greeting for all calls.

- Log in to Audix (if you need help with this, see Logging in to Audix).

- Press 5 (the activity menu doesn't tell you this option).
|
| |
- Press 5 again to re-record your name.
|
| |
- At the tone, speak your name.
|
| |
- When you are finished, press 1.
|
| |
- If you wish to re-record your name, press # D and begin again.
