How to use Telephones and Voicemail: Forwarding Audix Messages

After listening to a message, you can forward it to another person or a list of people.
  1. Press 1, then press 2 to forward with a comment.
  1. Record your comment.
  1. Press # to approve your comment, or press 1 to re-record it.
  1. Dial the recipient's extension, then press #. (Be sure to listen to the name of the addressee's mail box; you want to forward your message to the right person.)
  1. Press # to send the message.
  1. After you forward the message, you will be returned to getting messages in your mailbox.
