| You can create distribution lists to send one voice message to multiple recipients. You can have multiple lists, each with its own ID, for different groups of recipients. Distribution lists can also be made public, allowing people to use them. |

- Log in to your Audix account (if you need help with this, see Logging in to Audix). .

- Press 5, then press 1 to administer mailing lists.
|
|
- To create a new list, press 1.
|
|
- Enter a new list ID number, then press #.
|
|
- To make the new list private, press 1. To make the list public, press 2.
|
|
- Enter the 5-digit extensions of the list recipients, following each with a #.
|
|
- Enter an additional # after the last entry in the list.
