Migration Selection Criteria

WHO IS BEING MIGRATED TO SUA?

Not all Affiliates are moving from Genesys to SUA. Only non-academic affiliates who meet the selection criteria, and who are currently active (expiration date after the date of migration) will move to SUA. Records moved to SUA will become inactive in Genesys.

Here?s the actual selection logic:

If the record is in Group = 30 AND Status = A,

OR if the record is in Group = 10 or 20
and Status = T
and class code starts with 0

AND the Expiration Date is on or after today?s date
or Expiration Date is Blank) :

Migrate to SUA:
IF Class Code is 0570, 0571, 0572, 0573, 0574, 0575, 0576, 0592, 0593, 0597, 0598,
0599, or 0669

OR
IF the record is Main Campus AND the Class Code is 0505
AND the Home Department starts with 2,

OR Home Department is 1050

OR
IF the record is Medical Center a
AND Class Code is 0505, 0522, or 0565
AND the Home Department starts with 4 .

Records meeting the above conditions migrate to SUA.

Class Codes 0500, 0505, 0506, 0507, 0508, 0512, 0513, 0514, 0515, 0522, 0530, 0535,
0536, 0537, 0540, 0545, 0547, 0550, 0555, 0557, 0560, 0565, 0567, 0569, 0580,
0581, 0594, 0595, 0616, 0617, 9570, 9600, 9630, 9991, 9992 are retained in
Genesys for migration to GMS.
