Type a new password. Then press the Enter key on your keyboard.
Note: Your new password must be between 6 and 8 characters long and have at least 2 letters and at least 1 non-letter character such as a number or punctuation mark. Additionally, your new password must vary at least 3 characters from your previous password. For more information on good password techniques, review the Georgetown Password Policies.
- The system will now prompt you to:
Re-enter new password:
Re-type the same new password. Then press the Enter key on your keyboard. The system will confirm that it was typed properly the first time.
Your password should now be successfully changed and you should see the command prompt.
