HOW TO USE MAC OS X 10.4: GETTING THE LATEST NORTON ANTIVIRUS UPDATES

  1. Click on the Norton Quick Menu icon on your Desktop. From the drop-down menu, select LiveUpdate and then select Update virus definitions.
 

Symantec searches for available updates.

 

The list of updates is displayed.

 
  1. Click OK.
  1. In the LiveUpdate window, click on the Update Everything Now button.
 

LiveUpdate downloads the updates.

 
  1. Click OK in the Summary window.
 
  1. Highlight an update to see if it was installed successfully.

 

  1. Click OK again.
  1. Click on the X icon at the upper left of the LiveUpdate window.
