HOW TO USE MAC OS X 10.4: EJECTING A CD

  1. Click on the CD icon so that it's highlighted.
  1. Select Eject from the File menu.

  1. The CD icon will disappear from your Desktop and the CD will be ejected.

For a keyboard shortcut to ejecting a CD, you can also press and hold the Command key and then press the E key.
