New UIS Help Resources: CBTs
Lori Briggs
Did you know that UIS offers a wide variety of computer-based training modules (often referred to as "CBTs") to all Georgetown faculty, students, and staff?
CBTs are in-depth tutorials that will enable you to master new software and improve your skills in familiar programs. These tutorials are available on CD-ROMs and through the Web at http://www.georgetown.edu/uis/services/cbt/.
Our current CBTs cover topics ranging from common applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to advanced networking. You will find a complete list of currently available CBTs at http://www.georgetown.edu/uis/services/cbt/cbt.listing.html.
If you have any questions, please write to train@georgetown.edu.
Lori Briggs is training coordinator for UIS.
