Data Privacy Awareness
January 28 is Data Privacy Day. EDUCAUSE, a nonprofit organization that encourages the advancement of higher ed by promoting the intelligent use of IT, is taking this opportunity to step up data privacy awareness in higher ed by making January Data Privacy Awareness month! Data Privacy Awareness Month is an opportunity for colleges and universities to promote good privacy behavior. It is also an opportunity for universities to educate their communities about the aspects of privacy that are important to them.
