How do I extend e-mail access for a departing faculty or staff member?

Faculty (as identified by the Provost's Office) are granted a grace period of roughly one month of continued GUMail access and/or e-mail routing to a non-Georgetown address.

Staff members who ae going to be continuing with your department in an unpaid capacity, should be entered in Genesys as an affiliated non-employee for the duration of time for which they need to maintain access.   The Affiliated Non-Employee Transaction Form is available from the HR web site.
