Student: Hardware, Software and Peripherals

All purchases through Hoya Computing guarantee a discount price that Georgetown has negotiated with sellers and vendors. Additionally, some vendors may provide added incentives, such as an extra year of warranty service, when products are purchased through Georgetown's online stores.

Purchasing Hardware

If you wish to purchase Hardware e.g. Dell/Apple desktop computers, monitors, or laptops you can go directly to the Dell and Apple Web site (specifically designated for Georgetown University) to purchase hardware at an educational discount.

Purchasing or Borrowing Software

Software is available to lend or purchase for your personal use or for your school or department. To order at educational discount prices, you can visit Georgetown's Premier CDW-G Store. Personal purchases of Microsoft software can be made through Georgetown's Microsoft  Portal. Remember, before you make any purchase decision that common software programs are available at no cost from the Lending Library.

Purchasing Peripherals

Peripherals e.g. computer mouse, phones, USB drives, monitors (without the computer), Apple and Dell accessories are available to purchase for you personally.
