- If your problem concerns sync-ing your computer with your Windows Mobile device, Microsoft ActiveSync has a built-in troubleshooter that will refer you to appropriate Microsoft-owned pages for further assistance. To run the troubleshooter, open ActiveSync, and select Troubleshooter for ActiveSync under the Help menu
- If your problem concerns the Windows Mobile device only, visit appropriate Help page depending on your type of Windows Mobile Device: Smartphones or PocketPCs. Click here if you do not know which type you have.
While our goal is to regularly monitor our accuracy of information, UIS can only provide best-effort support with regards to handheld devices and their applications (excluding applications relevant to GUCalendar and GUMail). This is due to the large variety of models and the fast evolution of handheld-related technologies.
It may be determined that your cellular service provider needs to be contacted in order to resolve your particular handheld problem. If this is the case, please approach your DTR/TSP for assistance with contacting them.
