Update BlackBerry Service Books

  1. From the Home screen, go to Set Up Internet Email
  2. Once the BlackBerry Internet Service screen appears, select Service Books
  3. Select Send Service Books
  4. Once the Service Books have been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation screen.  Press OK.
  5. To return to the Home screen, press the Menu key and select Close
