- Go to the Set Your E-mail Delivery web page.

- At the prompt, type your NetID in the User Name text area, and then type your NetID password in the Password text area.
- Click OK.

- Click on the Change Entry button, located in the same row as your NetID.

- Scroll down until you see the option To use an alternative account as your primary delivery location.
- Click on the button under this option heading so that a dot appears.

- In the corresponding text area, type yournetid@tagspam.imap.georgetown.edu. (For example, if your NetID is abc123, type "abc123@tagspam.imap.georgetown.edu."

Important: Make sure to type this correctly; otherwise, your mail won't be delivered. |
- Scroll down to the bottom of the web page, and then click on the Submit Changes button.

If your changes were completed successfully, you should see the window shown below.
- Click on the Change Complete. Click here to continue. button to return to the Mail Delivery Information window and view your change.

You'll notice that "tagspam" now appears in the e-mail routing address, as shown below.

- Now that you've opted out of the spam service, send a test e-mail message to yourself to ensure that your mail is working properly. (Note: When you send a message to yourself, continue to enter your e-mail address as you have previously, in the format "netid@georgetown.edu."
