Setting Up Your Admin NetID For GUMail

Welcome! You have received an Admin NetID.  Admin NetIDs allow a group of users to access e-mail from a single e-mail account.  As the owner of the Admin NetID Account, you can set up the account to allow other people to view and act upon messages in the Admin NetID Account.  This account is separate from your personal GUMail account. 

Sharing passwords is a high data security risk (and against the Acceptable Use Policy).  Instead of sharing your Admin NetID password with you co-workers, you should follow the steps below to enable your co-workers to access the messages in the Admin NetID account from their own GUMail accounts.

You may wish to add the account to your desktop e-mail program.  Follow the applicable instructions below and use the Admin NetID and associated password.
