How to Use Hoyamail: Removing Spam From Your Inbox

Help keep spam out of your Inbox. We know it's fun to delete spam, but we hope you'll use the Report Spam button to flag unwanted mail. The more spam you mark, the better the spam filters will get at weeding out those annoying messages.

To mark a message a spam:

  1. From your Inbox, select each message you want to remove as spam by clicking on its check box.
  2. Click on the Report Spam button. The messages you selected will be moved to Spam, and the message The conversation has been marked as spam is displayed.

If you (or the spam filters) accidentally mark a valuable message as spam:

  1. Click Spam on the left side of your Hoyamail window to view all messages labeled as spam.
  2. Select each message you wish to reclaim from spam.
  3. Click the Not Spam button (it's to the right of the Delete Forever button) and the message will return to your Inbox.
