How to Use Hoyamail: Changing Your Password

Your Hoyamail password is the same as your Georgetown NetID password. You can change your password by going through Hoyamail or the NetID Password Change Web page.

1. In Hoyamail, click on the Settings link located at the top right of your Hoyamail window.
   
   
   
2. In Settings, click on the Accounts tab.
   
   
   
3. In Accounts, click on the Change Password link.
   
   You will be taken to the NetID Password Change Web Page.
   
   
4. If the following pop-up window is displayed, click on the Yes button.
   
   
   
5. Follow the instructions for changing your password. Make sure your password is a strong password.
   
   Important: Be sure to take note of the new password.
   
   
6. Click the Change Password button when you're done. Note: This may take a few minutes to complete.
