How to Use Webmail: Reading Messages

 

Reading Messages from the Message Pane

  1. Navigate to the folder from which you want to read messages.
  2. Make sure the Message Pane is displayed (it's displayed by default). (The Message Pane is the area below your message listing that displays the contents of a message you select.) To display the Message Pane if it's not visible, just click on the Show Message Pane button.

 

  1. Click on the message you want to read. The text of the message is displayed in the Message Pane, which is located below the message list.
  2. To read more messages in the same window, just click on the Prev () or Next () buttons.

 

Reading Messages from a New Window

  1. Navigate to the folder from which you want to read messages.
  2. Double-click on the link of the message you want to read (you can double-click the text of either the message's To or Subject fields). A pop-up window is displayed containing the message you selected.

    Note: If you get an error message stating that the window could not be displayed, you mayl need to turn off pop-up blocking in your browser.
  1. To read more messages in the same window, just click on the Prev () or Next () buttons.
