How to Use Webmail: Importing an Address Book
Note: Before you begin, make sure you have already created a copy or file of your address book entries from another e-mail client.
- Click Contacts to open your address book.

- In the View Contacts window, select Import/Export from the Tools menu.

The Import/Export window is displayed.

- In the Import area, do the following:
- Select the category to which you want to import your address book (Unfiled is the default).
- Enter the name of the file, or click Browse to find the location of the file. (To select the file, click Browse, navigate to the location of the file, select the file, and then click Open.)

- Select the file type of the file you're importing from the File Type drop-down menu.

- (optional) If you want to ignore duplicate contacts, select this option.
- Click Import Now when you're ready to import your address book.

If your address book was imported successfully, you'lll receive the following confirmation message and your complete address book will be displayed:
