How to Use Webmail: Deleting a Message

Deleting a messages moves your message into the Trash folder.

When you delete a message, Webmail does not permanently delete that message. The message is only moved into your Trash folder. You permanently delete a message by emptying the Trash folder.

  1. Select the messages you want to delete by clicking on the box next to each message so that a check mark appears.

  1. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Delete menu item, and select Delete.

The selected messages will be moved to your Trash folder.

To permanently delete all the messages, you will need to empty your Trash folder. Note: Please be aware that selecting Empty Trash will permanently delete all messages in your Trash folder.
