GUMail: Example - Delayed Message
Let's assume you are Joe Hoya (joehoya@georgetown.edu), and you forward your GUMail to another email account (santaclaus@thenorthpole.org).
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer has sent you a message, but your e-mail provider (thenorthpole.org) is refusing to deliver your messages. This example shows the automated reply that GUMail sends to the original sender (Rudolph).
The message indicates that the account santaclaus@thenorthpole.org is refusing delivery of the message. When this occurs, GU will continue to try and deliver the message for one week. After that, the message will not be delivered.
